You Are What You Eat

The taste of vagina vary based on natural bodily secretions, arousal fluids, sweat, and diet. What you eat and put in your body will affect the way your juice box smells and tastes.

For instance, smoking alters the way your vagina tastes as a result of inhaled chemicals getting into your bloodstream. Alcohol also changes the flavor.

Spices, onions, garlic, red meat, dairy, asparagus, and broccoli leave a bad taste in your mouth and will leave a bad taste in your boo's mouth as well if you get my drift.

Pineapple, kiwi, blueberries, mango, green tea, cucumbers, and even parsley however will make you taste delectable.

Probiotics are great for the vagina as well and can be found in yogurt, which makes it an exception to the dairy rule.

Eating or not eating these things won't guarantee that you'll taste like Skittles. You must also drink plenty of water EVERY DAY, exercise, and keep your body clean and free of infections or infectious diseases. Tell your man he can thank me by pleasing you and you're welcome!!!
